Helium Care Instructions

When transporting balloons:

  • Keep the car’s air conditioner on (20-23°C) before loading.

  • Upon arrival, bring them indoors immediately to a room at 20-23°C.

  • Never leave balloons in a hot car or trunk.

 
To extend float time:

  • Avoid extreme temperatures—heat can cause bursting, while cold may make them deflate.

  • Handle with care and avoid squeezing them into small spaces.

Availability Disclaimer

Balloon orders that include helium, must be prepaid in order for us to blow them up. With orders that include helium for balloons, please specify the event date when ordering. Latex balloons float up to 12hrs; Confetti Latex balloons up to 6hrs. Pick-up/ Delivery must be on the same day.  We'll contact you via WhatsApp after confirmation.
