However, we recognise that there may be circumstances in which a purchase does not meet your requirements.

 

 

General Conditions for Returns

 

• Items may be returned for a credit note, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

 

• Returns must include the original receipt as proof of purchase.

 

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

 

• We do not issue cash refunds.

 

• We do not accept returns for goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. This includes (but is not limited to): wigs, candles, tights, sweets, contact lenses, and costumes.

 

• Food, treats, or edible items cannot be returned once opened, due to health and safety policies. Please choose carefully and double-check your order before purchase.

 

• We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item is found to be damaged, opened, used, or otherwise unsuitable for resale.

 

 

If Your Order Was Delivered

 

• Please check the condition of all items upon delivery. If there are any visible signs of damage, notify the courier immediately.

 

• Goods being returned after delivery will be checked by a Bemania sales representative. If any issues are found with the state of the returned item, these will be brought to your attention before processing.
